Position Summary

The Medical Writer II (Funding e-Request) will be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining the External Funding Database.

  • Performing QC checks on IIS requests and processing them on various platforms.

  • Developing high-quality documents and tracking request management systems.

This role requires strong analytical ability, communication skills, and attention to detail.


Experience Required

  • 3–4 years of experience in the healthcare or life sciences domain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update client databases, learning platforms, and web-based applications.

  • Provide input for project plan development and track project progress.

  • Create and update resource tracking sheets and work instructions.

  • Ensure team understanding of client requirements and project goals.

  • Review all deliverables for accuracy and consistency before client submission.

  • Manage workload to meet agreed timelines and milestones.

  • Proactively identify project delivery risks and communicate resolutions.

  • Support team leads in project management and client communication.

  • Build and maintain professional client relationships.

Candidate Profile

  • Postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences from a reputed institution.

  • Relevant background in pharmaceutical or healthcare domains.

  • Ability to transition across service lines based on project requirements.

  • Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
