Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Transcriptionist (Analyst / Senior Analyst) with experience in accurately transcribing and editing medical records across multiple specialties. The role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including evening and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Transcribe and edit medical records accurately using eScription, eSone/Mdat, Fluency, or similar platforms.
Work across a variety of medical specialties and documentation types.
Coordinate effectively with managers and team members to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
Provide client support and maintain adequate coverage as per operational requirements.
Manage multiple site information and tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong multitasking and time management skills.
Adapt to flexible work schedules, including night shifts and non-weekend days off, as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Medical Transcriptionist or Editor.
Education: Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
Trained and preferably certified in medical transcription.
Proficient in transcription platforms, with experience in multiple systems considered an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
