    • Respond to unsolicited requests for scientific or medical information from SLs or KDMs, using approved materials.
    • Direct queries related to company research, grants, and clinical trial activities to appropriate internal resources.
  4. Medical and Scientific Exchange:

    • Organize and participate in activities like hospital lectures, journal clubs, expert input forums, and advisory boards.
    • Provide scientific support for Health Technology Assessments and formulary decisions.

Internal Support:

  1. Medical Affairs Plans:

    • Develop and implement regional Medical Affairs Plans and activities.
  2. Support Research and Study Activities:

    • Assist in identifying potential study investigators for sponsored studies.
  3. Provide Insights:

    • Provide insights and feedback from scientific exchange to internal teams to inform research programs and company strategy.
  4. Commercial Support:

    • Support commercial teams with scientific training on disease states or on-label products, as permitted.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other MSLs, Medical Advisors, and cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Education:

    • College degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field (e.g., Master’s or Ph.D.).
  2. Experience:

    • Pharmaceutical industry experience, especially in a Medical Science Liaison role, or a related scientific function.
    • Strong understanding of clinical trial methods and data interpretation.
    • Experience with scientific and medical exchange and the ability to engage in peer-to-peer discussions.
  3. Skills:

    • Strong scientific knowledge in the assigned therapeutic area(s).
    • Ability to communicate complex scientific information effectively.
    • Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
