About the Role:
Genmab is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL)/Senior MSL specializing in Solid Tumors to join the Global Solid Tumor Medical Affairs team. This position is field-based and will require approximately 50% domestic travel within the Gulf Coast territory, including South Texas (El Paso, San Antonio, Houston), AR, LA, AL, and MS. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs), providing scientific and clinical support, and ensuring education on Genmab’s products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key thought leaders (KOLs) in academic and community centers.
  • Develop and execute territory plans in alignment with regional and global Medical Affairs strategies.
  • Provide scientific exchange and medical information regarding Genmab products and emerging data.
  • Offer clinical/scientific education on disease states and products to healthcare providers.
  • Act as the point of contact for investigator-sponsored trials (ISTs), ensuring timely submission and activation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support clinical trials, including site recommendations and awareness-building efforts.
  • Represent Genmab at medical and scientific conferences.

Requirements:

  • Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred; clinical background (e.g., NP, PA) with extensive oncology/hematology MSL experience considered.
  • At least 2 years of MSL/Medical Affairs experience in oncology/solid tumor focus.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare environments and access trends.
  • Experience with product launches and success in therapeutic areas is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations such as FDA, OIG, GCP, HIPAA, and PhRMA Code.

Salary:
The salary for this position ranges from $155,840 to $233,760, with additional compensation potential, such as bonuses, based on factors like skills, experience, and location.
