Position Summary

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) serves as a field-based clinical and medical expert responsible for engaging in scientific exchange, clinical education, and data dissemination aligned with Telix’s medical and scientific strategy.

The MSL builds peer-to-peer professional relationships with medical experts, including oncologists, urologists, radiologists, and nuclear medicine specialists, supporting the scientific understanding and appropriate clinical use of Telix products.


Key Responsibilities

Medical & Scientific Engagement

  • Identify and develop professional peer-to-peer relationships with National, Regional, and Local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

  • Conduct scientific exchange and communicate clinical evidence aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.

  • Provide clinical and scientific education on Telix products and disease states.

  • Attend medical/scientific meetings to represent Medical Affairs, engage with KOLs, and gather relevant scientific insights.

Field Intelligence & Research Support

  • Identify and communicate research gaps, opportunities, and insights to inform medical strategy.

  • Support clinical trial site recruitment and subject retention.

  • Facilitate Medical Education grants and Investigator-Initiated Research (IIRs) as appropriate.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Clinical Operations, and Regulatory teams on relevant projects.

  • Participate in team meetings, advisory boards, investigator meetings, and publication planning.

  • Lead special projects as assigned by Medical Affairs leadership.

Compliance & Governance

  • Maintain thorough understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.

  • Ensure all field interactions comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.


Education & Experience Requirements

  • Advanced scientific or medical degree: PharmD, PhD, MD, or RN (required)

  • 2+ years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL)

  • Experience in radiopharmaceuticals or prostate cancer (preferred)

  • Proven ability to interpret and communicate scientific data

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

  • Demonstrated success in relationship building with medical experts

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

  • High proficiency in time management, multitasking, and organization

  • Valid driver’s license (required)
