Job Description:
The Hematology/Oncology Medical Science Liaison (MSL)/Senior Medical Science Liaison functions as a highly trained, field-based, scientific expert in Cutaneous T Cell Lymphoma (CTCL). They engage with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and relevant societies to facilitate peer-to-peer scientific exchange regarding CTCL and Lymphir. Following corporate and regulatory guidelines, the MSL develops scientific relationships and collaborations within the HEME/ONC community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact in the field for Medical Deployment.

  • Maintain clinical and scientific expertise in CTCL standards of care.

  • Develop and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with KOLs in the assigned region.

  • Conduct KOL profiling efforts to enhance knowledge of disease pathways and treatment protocols.

  • Engage in scientific exchange with the medical/scientific community, including advisory boards.

  • Manage clinical program requests and respond to unsolicited medical/scientific inquiries.

  • Support clinical trial sites and investigators in collaboration with the R&D team.

  • Provide internal teams with insights gained from KOL interactions.

  • Represent the company at medical meetings and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.

  • Develop internal reports on medical congresses and other key industry events.

  • Adhere to corporate SOPs and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, MSN, or NP/PA) strongly preferred.

  • MSL: Minimum 2 years of MSL experience with at least 1 year in Oncology.

  • Senior MSL: Minimum 5 years of Pharma experience, including 3 years in Oncology.

  • Hematology/Oncology experience strongly preferred.

  • Prior product launch experience required.

  • Strong scientific, business, and clinical acumen with excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to interpret and present scientific data effectively to engage KOLs.

  • Knowledge of NCCN guidelines and payer systems desirable.

  • Familiarity with NCI Cooperative Groups and Oncology Research Consortiums preferred.

  • Ability to present to formulary and P&T committees.

  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 70%) with overnight stays.
