Job Purpose:
As a Medical Representative, you will manage and grow business with healthcare practitioners (HCPs) in your assigned territory by executing business plans, positioning GSK products strategically, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned HCPs and pharmacy stores daily
Identify and expand customer base in the assigned territory
Promote products using marketing strategies and intelligence
Forecast and manage inventory at distributors
Follow all SOPs and internal compliance guidelines
Align business plans with company objectives
Execute strategies to exceed sales targets
Requirements:
Knowledge:
Understanding of diseases, products, and compliance
Good grasp of epidemiology and competitive market dynamics
Awareness of business planning and territory management
