    Job Type: Full Time Education: B.Sc./ M.Sc./ M.Pharm/ B.Pharm/ Life Sciences Skills: Causality Assessment, Communication Skills, ICD-10 CM, CPT, HCPCS Coding, ICSR Case Processing, Interpersonal Skill, Labelling Assessment, MedDRA Coding, Narrative Writing, Research & Development, Technical Skill, Triage of ICSRs, WHO DD Coding

    Job Title: Overnight Medical Records Clerk
    Experience Level: 1-3 years

    Shift Timing: 7:30 PM - 4:00 AM

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Ensure accurate coding of diseases and therapies.
    2. Scan, upload, and label case documents into appropriate case files.
    3. Collect medical files and documents for scanning, indexing, and uploading to web-based Utilization Review case management application.
    4. Separate and sort soft copy medical files and documents.
    5. Perform heavy data entry with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute (wpm).
    6. Maintain a professional demeanor with excellent written and oral communication skills.
    7. Demonstrate strong organization skills.
    8. Be proficient in computer programs/functions including Google Docs, Sheets, Email, and Internet.
    9. Possess basic medical terminology knowledge.
    10. Demonstrate basic clerical and administrative skills.
    11. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
    12. Maintain punctuality and dependability.
    13. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining focus and a positive attitude.
    14. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    15. Meet daily quota requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years of work experience with Medical Records.
    • Minimum 2 years of work experience with Google Docs.
