About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for fresh medical graduates interested in medical summarization.
Selected candidates will undergo 6 months of in-house training (with stipend). Upon successful completion, candidates will be recruited into the company’s permanent role.
You will review and analyze medical records, identify critical medical events (e.g., personal injury, medical malpractice, mass tort cases), and prepare detailed summaries for legal and insurance clients.

Candidates from the following backgrounds are eligible:
BDS / MDS
BAMS / BHMS / BUMS
BPT
B.Sc / M.Sc Nursing
Pharm D
⚠️ Candidates from other qualifications will not be considered.
Candidates with clinical or other field experience will still be considered freshers for this role.
Language:
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze patient medical records for accuracy and completeness.
Identify and summarize critical medical events and treatments.
Prepare comprehensive medical summaries for legal and insurance review.
Collaborate with attorneys and insurance teams to ensure timely and precise report delivery.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with medical data handling standards.
Skills Required
Strong understanding of medical records and terminology.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with medical software tools.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Compensation
During Training: Stipend provided for 6 months.
