Role Overview:

As a Medical Manager - Oncology, you will serve as the key scientific liaison between our company and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). You will provide critical scientific information, foster collaboration with external experts, and support our company's products by engaging in scientific exchange. You will help address medical inquiries, provide support for product launches, and ensure that our medical strategies align with the latest scientific advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scientific Engagement: Engage with HCPs to provide accurate, scientifically-backed information on our products and their use in clinical practice.
  • Thought Leader Engagement: Conceptualize and execute Key Thought Leader (KTL) engagement plans in alignment with medical strategy and objectives.
  • Medical Communication: Lead and support medical educational events and scientific discussions, contributing to the dissemination of scientific knowledge.
  • Collaboration: Work with the cross-functional team to execute medical initiatives and support new product launches or new indications.
  • Data Sharing: Collate, document, and share insights gained from scientific interactions with external stakeholders, enhancing the understanding of unmet medical needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: MD, MD (Pharmacology), or PhD in Life Sciences.
  • Experience: 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on oncology or related therapeutic areas.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal abilities with the ability to build relationships with HCPs.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
