About the Role:
ProPharma is hiring a Medical Information Writer to support the creation and maintenance of scientifically accurate, readable, and compliant documents including standard response letters, FAQs, and other medical communication materials. The role is ideal for life sciences graduates with excellent writing skills and a keen eye for detail. Comprehensive training, guidance, and mentorship will be provided to ensure success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough literature searches using Medline or other databases to source content for standard response documents.
Prepare and write technical response letters, FAQs, and other scientific documents by summarizing complex data into concise and readable formats.
Review and update existing documents for accuracy, readability, and scientific flow based on newly available literature.
Perform quality checks on written materials, ensuring alignment with client-specific requirements and ProPharma’s SOPs.
Ensure full compliance with medical information regulations, data privacy laws, and professional guidelines in the healthcare sector.
Maintain confidentiality of client and company data per SOPs and employment contract.
Collaborate professionally with team members, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Perform additional duties as assigned in alignment with ProPharma’s quality and service standards.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field (e.g., Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, etc.).
Strong written communication skills in English.
High level of computer literacy (MS Word, literature search tools).
Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to function effectively as part of a team in a professional, collaborative environment.
