Job Summary
IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research and healthcare intelligence, is hiring a Medical Information Coordinator in Oeiras. This role involves providing administrative and project support in medical information services, leveraging your multilingual expertise (English and German/Spanish/French/Italian) to assist global healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support administrative tasks such as project start-up, system access, and maintenance of project files.
Create and maintain tracking spreadsheets, labels, and project-related documentation.
Prepare graphics and data visualization reports for project insights.
Provide ad-hoc translation support for documents and reports.
Oversee case folder creation, filing, retrieval, and archiving.
Coordinate meetings, handle courier dispatches, and arrange IT or meeting facilities.
Perform ad-hoc database searches and validation testing for operations teams.
Assist with call center call triaging and escalation processes.
Contribute to quality control activities, lifecycle safety data reports, and submission dossiers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent English proficiency (C1 or higher).
Fluency in at least two foreign languages: German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced functions and dashboards).
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Familiarity with medical terminology and call center collaboration.
