Job Overview:

In this role, you will be part of a fast-growing team in the medical information call center, ensuring product safety and quality through complex decision-making. Your responsibilities will focus on processing safety and product quality data, contributing to the global team to ensure the safety profiles of products.

Responsibilities:

Provide phone support to healthcare professionals and consumers on adverse events, product quality complaints, medical inquiries, and other product-related needs.
Triage, review, and process Lifecycle safety operational data, including data entry, coding medical terminology, writing narratives, and generating relevant queries.
Receive and document safety data from investigative sites and other sources.
Collaborate with the Lifecycle safety team, leading by example, providing training and mentoring.
Maintain effective communication with team members and the Project Manager.
Participate in training across Lifecycle safety processes and initiatives.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Must be a Pharmacist.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English (min. C1) and German (min. C2 or native).
Willingness to learn new skills across Lifecycle Safety service lines.
Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Effective team collaboration and relationship-building skills.

Minimum Education and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
Languages: Fluency in English (min. C1) and German (min. C2 or native).
