Job Overview:

In this role, you will be part of a fast-growing team in the medical information call center, ensuring product safety and quality through complex decision-making. Your responsibilities will focus on processing safety and product quality data, contributing to the global team to ensure the safety profiles of products.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone support to healthcare professionals and consumers on adverse events, product quality complaints, medical inquiries, and other product-related needs.
  • Triage, review, and process Lifecycle safety operational data, including data entry, coding medical terminology, writing narratives, and generating relevant queries.
  • Receive and document safety data from investigative sites and other sources.
  • Collaborate with the Lifecycle safety team, leading by example, providing training and mentoring.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and the Project Manager.
  • Participate in training across Lifecycle safety processes and initiatives.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be a Pharmacist.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English (min. C1) and German (min. C2 or native).
  • Willingness to learn new skills across Lifecycle Safety service lines.
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Effective team collaboration and relationship-building skills.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (min. C1) and German (min. C2 or native).
