Medical Engagement Associate

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, resolving their queries using client-defined FAQs and responses.
  2. Maintain and validate data hygiene.
  3. Report adverse events (AEs) and market complaints as per standard operating procedures, capturing details in predefined templates and timelines.
  4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Attend review meetings with internal leads at regular intervals.
  5. Adhere strictly to quality standards for various deliverables as decided by the business unit or client.
  6. Participate in assigned training programs relevant to the job and complete client-specific training, if applicable.
  7. Build mastery in the assigned therapy area through self-learning and formal training.
  8. Volunteer in training programs to develop skills in areas relevant to the job in addition to areas of interest.
  9. Participate in and contribute to various continuous improvement initiatives or company-driven initiatives.
  10. Maintain high-quality standards for all deliverables as decided by the business unit or client.

About You:

Desired Profile:

  • Life science background with product knowledge and MICC experience.

Must Have:

  1. Excellent communication skills
  2. Domain knowledge
  3. Pharmacovigilance knowledge
  4. Basic Excel skills
  5. Strong documentation skills
