Job Summary

Fortrea is seeking a French-speaking Medical Contact Center Associate II to manage and respond to medical information queries, report adverse drug reactions, and execute pharmacovigilance documentation processes. This is a critical support role within clinical operations, ideal for fluent French speakers with an interest in drug safety, case processing, and global medical communication support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to medical queries, product complaints, and general inquiries via phone, email, or fax.

  • Record and report adverse drug reactions in compliance with internal and regulatory timelines.

  • Handle safety data management processes including intake, documentation, review, and follow-up.

  • Track key process metrics and perform quality control of workflow steps.

  • Conduct training and evaluate training effectiveness across teams.

  • Revise training content as procedures, systems, or regulatory requirements evolve.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data processed.

  • Support additional duties as assigned by management.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Completed bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • Native or fluent French language proficiency is mandatory.

  • Must have full legal working rights without sponsorship needs.

  • Experience in call center operations or healthcare support is preferred.

  • Strong communication, documentation, and data accuracy skills.
