Key Responsibilities
Participate actively in classroom training sessions and achieve 85% or higher in assessments.
Consistently meet MOCK chart targets and project performance goals.
Transition to a confirmed Medical Coder role within 6 months of joining, based on performance.
Adhere to HIPAA, ISO, and ISMS quality and security standards.
Maintain punctuality, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with team members for smooth process execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
CPC Certification from AAPC (mandatory).
Graduate degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
Strong knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, CPT, ICD, and medical terminology.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Clinical knowledge is an added advantage.
Open to fresher candidates with 0 years of experience.
