As a medical coder, you will be part of a leading healthcare BPO company, with opportunities for professional growth and hands-on experience in coding processes.
Key Responsibilities
Participate actively in classroom training and clear training assessments with 85% quality.
Consistently meet the targets set for MOCK charts.
Ensure confirmation as Medical Coder within 6 months from joining, subject to performance.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and practices with punctuality and attendance.
Ensure compliance with external and internal quality and security standards (HIPAA/ISO/ISMS).
Work collaboratively as an effective team player.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate degree (preferably in Pharmacy).
AAPC Certification (CPC) is mandatory.
Good communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and medical terminology.
Familiarity with CPT, ICD, and medical coding practices.
Clinical knowledge is an added advantage.
