We are inviting motivated women with a passion for sales to join our UK-based Pharmaceutical MNC in India. As a Field Worker, you will play a key role in driving prescriptions for GSK medicines within approved indications.
Promote GSK medicines to Health Care Practitioners (HCPs) for appropriate patients.
Develop and manage a territory to maximize prescriptions.
Achieve call goals, focusing on top HCPs.
Conduct product presentations and educational sessions for specific HCPs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
Bachelor’s degree in Science / B. Pharmacy.
Strong networking skills with doctors and physicians.
Self-motivated and patient-focused approach.
Excellent time management and planning abilities.
Strong interpersonal relationship management.
In-clinic effectiveness and customer focus orientation.
High work ethics and professionalism.
Excellent communication skills.
Age: Maximum 29 years.
