🎯 Role Purpose

To provide effective technical and customer support within the process and actively resolve client (patient) issues, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining high customer satisfaction.


🎓 Qualifications

  • Education: College Graduate (Any Stream)

  • Experience: 0–1 Year in US Healthcare Operations or Contact Center

  • Communication Skills:

    • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling (Reading, Writing, Speaking)

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Clear and confident telephone (voice) communication

📞 Responsibilities

📲 Call Handling

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently

  • Maintain professionalism and empathy during patient interactions

💳 Patient Support & Query Resolution

  • Address patient payment-related queries

  • Verify and reconfirm online payments

  • Provide predefined discounts if requested

  • Assist patients in resolving online payment issues

  • Process patient credit card payments via a secure online portal

  • Update Patient Management Systems (PMS) with insurance or address changes

  • Resolve patient statement disputes

  • Respond to general FAQs (insurance, clinic information, etc.)

🔁 Escalation Handling

  • Transfer complex cases to Medusind Inc. (Level II escalation) when required

💻 System Access

  • Access and update Medusind PMS(s) for relevant patient data and actions
