Role Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Assistant – Clinical Research to provide hands-on clinical support in our Miami clinics. This role is vital to ensuring participant safety, supporting clinical trial execution, and delivering exceptional experiences to study volunteers.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of clinical study participants.
Perform clinical procedures including vital signs, ECGs, medication administration, catheter insertion, and venipuncture.
Guide participants through the informed consent process, ensuring clarity and comfort.
Manage and maintain study supplies, equipment, and clinical documentation.
Follow study protocols and timelines to ensure smooth clinical operations.
Support the clinical team with additional tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative environment.
Document clinical activities accurately in accordance with regulatory and SOP requirements.
Serve as a friendly, approachable point of contact for participants, ensuring a positive clinic experience.

(Flexibility to work at either location based on clinic needs is required.)
Qualifications & Experience
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or equivalent.
Minimum of one year of research assistant or clinical experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with ClinSpark is a plus.
Knowledge of regulatory or clinical research practices preferred.
Highly organized, proactive, and a self-starter with a patient-centered approach.
