Role Overview
The Medical Allied Health Professional role supports core clinical and operational functions within Optum’s Medical & Clinical Operations team. This position is ideal for licensed allied health graduates seeking a stable, full-time role within a multinational healthcare organization, offering long-term career growth and exposure to global healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
Comply with all employment contract terms, company policies, procedures, and operational directives.
Adapt to business-driven changes including reassignment of teams, work locations, shifts, or workflows as required.
Maintain professional standards aligned with healthcare regulations, internal compliance policies, and ethical guidelines.
Support day-to-day clinical or operational activities based on assigned function and departmental needs.
Uphold data privacy, patient confidentiality, and organizational integrity at all times.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Graduate of an Allied Health–related course (e.g., Medical Technology, Radiologic Technology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Nursing-related allied programs, or equivalent).
Licensure (Mandatory):
Active PRC License relevant to the allied health qualification.
Experience Required:
0–2 years of relevant healthcare or clinical operations experience.
Newly licensed or early-career allied health professionals are encouraged to apply.
Prior exposure to hospital operations, clinical support services, or healthcare BPO environments is an advantage.
Key Skills:
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and professional ethics.
Ability to follow structured processes and organizational policies.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to adapt to changing business and operational requirements.
