Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute medical affairs strategies aligned with clinical and business goals

  • Provide scientific input for clinical trials including protocol development and ongoing medical monitoring

  • Act as a liaison with internal teams, external stakeholders, and KOLs to ensure scientific alignment

  • Review and prepare scientific content including publications, presentations, and educational materials

  • Monitor emerging trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced degree: MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent in healthcare-related field

  • Prior experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or a related domain in pharma, biotech, or medical device industry

  • In-depth knowledge of drug development, trial methodologies, and global regulatory frameworks

  • Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex scientific content to varied audiences

  • Self-driven with proven collaboration skills in fast-paced, global environments
