Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager, Clinical Systems to oversee the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of clinical systems that support efficient trial management, high-quality data, and regulatory compliance. This role is pivotal in driving system performance, supporting cross-functional teams, and advancing innovative therapies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of clinical systems to improve data collection, reporting, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements aligned with trial objectives.

  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

  • Provide training and guidance to team members, ensuring proficiency and accountability in system usage.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and technology partners to drive successful system initiatives.

  • Ensure all systems comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices.


Candidate Profile

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, IT, Clinical Research, or related field.

  • Extensive experience in managing clinical systems or related technologies, with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams.

  • Proficiency in clinical data management tools and systems, focusing on data integrity and user experience.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
