We are seeking a Manager, Clinical Systems to oversee the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of clinical systems that support efficient trial management, high-quality data, and regulatory compliance. This role is pivotal in driving system performance, supporting cross-functional teams, and advancing innovative therapies.
Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of clinical systems to improve data collection, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements aligned with trial objectives.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Provide training and guidance to team members, ensuring proficiency and accountability in system usage.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and technology partners to drive successful system initiatives.
Ensure all systems comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Advanced degree in Life Sciences, IT, Clinical Research, or related field.
Extensive experience in managing clinical systems or related technologies, with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
Proficiency in clinical data management tools and systems, focusing on data integrity and user experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
