Role Overview

ICON is seeking a Manager, Clinical Systems to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical systems that support efficient trial management, high data quality, and regulatory compliance. You will oversee system performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that clinical systems are optimized to deliver operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of clinical systems to improve data collection, reporting, and trial management processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements aligned with clinical trial objectives.

  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular assessments, and recommend efficiency improvements.

  • Provide training and support to team members to promote system proficiency and accountability.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and technology partners to drive successful system initiatives.

  • Ensure clinical systems comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices.


Candidate Profile

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, Clinical Research, or related field.

  • Extensive experience managing clinical systems or related technology, with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in clinical data management tools and systems, with a focus on data integrity and user experience.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
