Role Overview:
As a Local Clinical Trial Manager (LTM), you will lead and manage the operational aspects of clinical trials conducted in Australia. You will be the central point of contact for all local study-related activities, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency across study phases from start-up through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage clinical trials from initiation to closeout, in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure effective risk management and mitigation for assigned studies in Australia.

  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure clinical trial deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.

  • Lead regional matrix teams to drive the successful execution of site and country-level activities aligned with the global project plan.

  • Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) completeness, quality, and inspection readiness.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant health or life sciences field.

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment in Australia.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must possess full working rights in Australia.
