Learning and Development Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Manager to drive our talent development strategy and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and growth. The role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating development programs that enhance employee performance, build leadership capability, and support career progression across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Design, deliver, and manage training programs that meet business needs and enhance workforce capabilities.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements to ensure maximum impact.

  • Support leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.

  • Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions.

  • Monitor and report on training program metrics and ROI.

  • Foster a learning culture that encourages knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and skill development across all levels of the organization.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • Proven experience in learning and development roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.

  • Strong knowledge of instructional design, learning theories, and adult learning principles.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across departments.
