Job Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed primary and secondary sales targets for the division.

  6. Stockist Visits: Regularly visit stockists as per the defined frequency to ensure alignment with business goals.

  8. Collaboration: Work closely with managerial, marketing, and support functions to engage with important customers and strengthen relationships.
  9. Product Launch Management: Plan and monitor the introduction of new products, including proper stocking and sales tracking. Share information with stockists as needed.
  10. Field Work Reporting: Report daily fieldwork using the assigned online system.
  11. Event Organization: Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) camps as per division strategy and customer needs.
  12. POB Generation: Generate Purchase Order Bookings (POBs) for Abbott brands according to the business plan.

Required Experience:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar role. Fresh graduates with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered.
  • Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) or Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
