Job Role: Junior Associate - Pharmacovigilance Associate
Job Description:
The Junior Associate - Pharmacovigilance Associate will be responsible for managing pharmacovigilance data and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. Key responsibilities include:
Data Management:
Reviewing the Case Status Report as and when reports are received.
Informing different workflow leads to monitor and prioritize cases for timely completion.
Monitoring productivity and workflow efficiency as reports are processed.
Running SQL queries to identify and prioritize cases on an hourly basis.
Updating dashboards to track productivity metrics.
Providing case health analysis and predicting potential highlights or concerns.
Skills Required:
Strong Excel skills for data tracking and reporting.
Good communication skills (verbal and written) with fluency in English.
Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in case management.
Qualifications & Desired Profile:
Must-Have Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and comprehension skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes and reporting standards is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience in pharmacovigilance, medical writing, or clinical data management.
Understanding of SQL queries and database management.
Experience with data visualization tools for case tracking and reporting.
