Position Title: Jr Materiovigilance Associate
Organization: Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC)
Location: Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission, Ghaziabad

Salary: ₹32,000/month

Age Limit:
Not exceeding 28 years

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation in Biomedical Engineering / Clinical Engineering
    OR

  • Master’s in Pharmacy / Doctor of Pharmacy

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 0–1 year of experience in:

    • Medical Device Industry

    • Post Market Surveillance

    • Medical Devices

    • Quality Assurance

    • Regulatory Affairs

    • Quality Management System

Essential Skills:

  • Good knowledge of computers

Job Description:

  • Manage adverse events related to medical devices (collection, collation, and analysis)

  • Plan risk identification and minimization related to medical device adverse events

  • Perform any other duty assigned by the Competent Authority from time to time

Period of Engagement:

  • One year (contractual)

  • The contract may be terminated anytime if the performance/conduct is unsatisfactory

Documents Required at Time of Interview:

  1. Original educational qualification certificates

  2. Original experience certificates

  3. Updated resume

  4. One passport-size photograph

  5. Original Aadhar card

  6. One set of self-attested copies of all documents

  7. Date of birth certificate

General Instructions:

  • The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease vacancies or cancel the process without assigning any reason

  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview

  • Experience and age may be relaxed at the discretion of the Competent Authority

  • Any false information found later may lead to cancellation/termination of candidature

Reporting Instructions:

  • Candidates must report to the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission, Ghaziabad at 9:00 AM

  • Latecomers will not be entertained

  • Selected candidates will be informed by the IPC authorised Manpower Agency
