Job Title: Senior Statistical Programmer
Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Trivandrum-Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and validate Safety and Efficacy Analysis datasets in adherence to CDISC and client-specific standards, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Develop and validate Safety and Efficacy Tables, Listings, and Figures with high quality and precision.
  • Create study-specific or general macros and finalize programming specifications/mock-ups.
  • Adhere to programming specifications and study-specific requirements, including completion and filing of required documentation.
  • Plan and organize workload to ensure effective time management and adherence to project timelines.
  • Proactively implement effective resource planning, task allocation, and workload tracking in alignment with KPIs and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with the biostatistics team (including remote teams), senior programming, management, and sponsor personnel to achieve study goals.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in ADaM programming and R.
  • Experience in the creation of ADaM Datasets for Safety and Efficacy domains.
  • Strong expertise in SAS programming, including SAS/Base, PROC SQL, SAS/Stat, SAS Macros, and SAS/Graph (both Base and Advanced SAS).
  • Proven ability to create and validate high-quality Safety and Efficacy Tables, Listings, and Figures.
