Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain statistical programming standards and best practices
Provide technical leadership and expertise in programming activities
Collaborate with statisticians and stakeholders to meet project needs
Ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity of data and outputs
Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues
Mentor and train junior programmers
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Design and implement efficient programming solutions
Continuously improve processes, tools, and workflows
Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new techniques
Qualifications
Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
Extensive statistical programming experience, preferably in clinical/pharma
Proficiency in SAS, R, or Python
Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective teamwork and communication abilities
Preferred Certifications
SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9 (or equivalent)

Expertise in statistical programming and data analysis

Act as a recognized expert individual contributor with measurable organizational impact
