🔎 Job Overview

The IT Technician Level 1 will be responsible for providing first-line support for IT-related requests and preparing IT assets in line with internal standards. This role includes managing local and remote support, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and maintaining technical documentation.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. IT Support

  • Provide Level 1 support to employees, both locally and remotely
  • Handle IT requests and distribute them accordingly
  • Install computers and necessary software components

2. Account & Equipment Management

  • Maintain Active Directory (AD) accounts, mailboxes, and software accounts
  • Manage the inventory of computer equipment

3. Documentation

  • Write and maintain technical documentation for processes and systems

4. Miscellaneous

  • Perform all other related IT tasks as required

📌 Requirements

🎓 Education:

  • DE/AEC, collegial degree in computer science or a related field (equivalent experience also considered)

🛠 Experience:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar IT support role

💻 Skills:

  • Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, researching solutions independently
  • Excellent user/customer service orientation
