Infection Prevention Sales Representative – Peri-op

The Impact You’ll Make:

As an Infection Prevention Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in territory management, customer support, and driving sales growth. This is a high-impact role requiring strong relationship-building, business strategy, and sales execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Manage sales territory to achieve revenue and growth targets
✔️ Utilize data & analytics for strategic planning and sales optimization
✔️ Identify and address customer needs (clinical & financial)
✔️ Develop strong relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare professionals
✔️ Drive product adoption & standardization using industry guidelines
✔️ Collaborate with channel partners & distributors to optimize sales strategies
✔️ Conduct in-service training & technical support for customers
✔️ Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, sales calls, and opportunities
✔️ Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums
✔️ Ensure contract compliance and territory expansion

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years of sales/clinical experience OR
High School Diploma/GED + 6 years of sales/clinical experience
Valid Driver’s License (Company Vehicle Provided)
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred:
🔹 Medical device, OR, or peri-op sales experience
🔹 Formal sales training certification
🔹 Experience in territory management & business planning
🔹 CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
🔹 Industry affiliations (AORN, APIC)

💰 Competitive Salary Range: $141,775 - $173,280 (Base + Incentive Pay)
