The Impact You’ll Make:

As an Infection Prevention Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in territory management, customer support, and driving sales growth. This is a high-impact role requiring strong relationship-building, business strategy, and sales execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

βœ”οΈ Manage sales territory to achieve revenue and growth targets
βœ”οΈ Utilize data & analytics for strategic planning and sales optimization
βœ”οΈ Identify and address customer needs (clinical & financial)
βœ”οΈ Develop strong relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare professionals
βœ”οΈ Drive product adoption & standardization using industry guidelines
βœ”οΈ Collaborate with channel partners & distributors to optimize sales strategies
βœ”οΈ Conduct in-service training & technical support for customers
βœ”οΈ Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, sales calls, and opportunities
βœ”οΈ Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums
βœ”οΈ Ensure contract compliance and territory expansion

Qualifications:

βœ… Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years of sales/clinical experience OR
βœ… High School Diploma/GED + 6 years of sales/clinical experience
βœ… Valid Driver’s License (Company Vehicle Provided)
βœ… Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred:
πŸ”Ή Medical device, OR, or peri-op sales experience
πŸ”Ή Formal sales training certification
πŸ”Ή Experience in territory management & business planning
πŸ”Ή CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
πŸ”Ή Industry affiliations (AORN, APIC)
