Analyst / Sr Analyst – Patient Services (Pune) | EVERSANA
Job Summary:
EVERSANA is hiring a skilled Analyst/Sr Analyst to join its Patient Services team in Pune. In this full-time, night-shift role, you'll play a key part in verifying insurance benefits, supporting reimbursement processes, and coordinating prior authorizations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a healthcare-focused analytics team within a globally trusted life sciences company.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform benefit verification by confirming patient insurance coverage
Communicate with insurance providers to validate policy and reimbursement details
Assist with reimbursement processing and patient inquiries regarding claims
Coordinate prior authorization procedures with insurance and healthcare providers
Document all interactions, authorizations, and patient communications accurately
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient benefits and claim processes
Resolve patient inquiries professionally and promptly
Maintain detailed records of benefits, authorizations, and resolutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, insurance, reimbursement, or patient services
Strong understanding of insurance policies and reimbursement workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with healthcare IT systems and software
Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks
Strong organizational and detail orientation
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting
Must be ready to work in night shifts
Educational Qualifications:
Any Graduate; preference for MS in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences
