Job Purpose:

The Health Representative Hybrid will be responsible for achieving sales goals through the promotion of Pfizer’s vaccine products and providing medical information to healthcare professionals. A key focus of this role is to ensure the best customer experiences through effective promotion and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion: Promote Pfizer’s vaccine portfolio within the assigned territory, aligning with the marketing strategy and goals.
  • Knowledge Expansion: Continuously develop product and medical knowledge in line with SmPC (Summary of Product Characteristics) to support interactions with healthcare professionals.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze the territory for sales opportunities, monitor target achievement, and adjust action plans as needed to meet objectives.
  • Market Insights: Gather and report relevant market insights to the supervisor for strategic decision-making.
  • Promotional Activities: Plan and implement promotional actions according to the Territorial Business Plan, ensuring activities align with quality goals for the current cycle.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize the promotional budget based on the specific needs and market conditions of the territory.
  • Reporting: Accurately report on activities, expenses, and sales performance in a timely manner.
  • Product Availability: Ensure product availability in pharmacies through collaboration with the Sales Team and monitor market conditions.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company procedures and legal regulations in all activities.
  • Cultural Promotion: Represent Pfizer’s values, promoting the "One Pfizer" culture and working towards common goals.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: A completed university degree.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Achievements: Proven success in previous sales positions, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key customers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ethical Business Practices: A strong ethical approach to business interactions.
  • Language Skills: Basic proficiency in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern communication platforms.
  • Driving License: Category B driving license with driving experience.
