We are now looking for a Head and Diabetes Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team in Taiwan and play a pivotal role in improving the lives of the 2.5 million people living with diabetes in the region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Medical Information Management

    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive medical information database to ensure all information is accurate, current, and compliant.
    • Respond promptly and compliantly to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders.
    • Create and update Standard Response Documents (SRDs) and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) based on the latest scientific evidence.
    • Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure compliance with local and international regulatory guidelines.
  • Compliance and Regulatory

    • Ensure all medical information activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and standards.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for medical information and related activities.
  • Operations and Process Improvement

    • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of medical information processes.
    • Oversee and manage medical information systems and tools, ensuring streamlined operations.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for medical information activities and provide regular reports.
  • Customer Support

    • Deliver high-quality customer support to healthcare professionals and patients, addressing their medical information needs.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance, to ensure consistent and accurate dissemination of medical information.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to internal teams on medical information processes, systems, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Education: Advanced degree in a life sciences discipline (Master's, PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical information, medical affairs, or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge:
    • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to medical information.
    • Familiarity with medical information systems and databases.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in medical writing and review.
  • Leadership:
    • Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.
