The Global Talent Management team at Fortrea plays a pivotal role in driving the success of various talent management processes. This team is a strategic partner in performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and more. Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management Projects:
    Coordinate and drive success in key projects such as employee engagement surveys, succession planning, performance management, and employee assessments.

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
    Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Process Documentation and Efficiency:
    Organize and document talent management processes, ensuring lessons learned are captured for future efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure that their needs are met and that talent management processes are aligned with business goals.

  • Team Communication and Meetings:
    Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team, attending and setting up team meetings, creating agendas, and distributing meeting notes and action items.

  • Training and Presentations:
    Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and communications to support talent management initiatives. Occasionally train employees on new processes or procedures.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree required. Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of working experience, with at least 2+ years managing multiple medium to high complexity projects simultaneously.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • High attention to detail and ability to maintain multiple project plans with minimal supervision.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a global team environment.
