The Position

As a Publication Project Manager, you will manage global publication plans, budgets, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute publication plans in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Manage congress publications, including logistical coordination.
  • Track manuscript progress monthly and ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee IEnvision for publication and reporting management.

Qualifications

  • Education: PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 2–3 years of experience in project management.
    • Expertise in publication management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

About the Department

The Global Medical Affairs (GMA) GBS team in Bangalore is an extension of Novo Nordisk's Headquarters in Denmark and Zurich. Comprising motivated medical advisors, project managers, and publication managers, the team collaborates with global HQ, regional offices, and affiliates.

Core Competencies:

  • Communicating scientific and medical knowledge to external and internal stakeholders.
  • Delivering medical events and managing projects, including publication planning.
  • Focused on the Rare Diseases therapy area.
