As a Senior Global Feasibility Lead, the responsibilities include managing feasibility assessments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering presentations and reports to stakeholders. The position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Feasibility Assessments:

    • Manage RFP (Request for Proposal) and standalone paid feasibility assessments across multiple therapeutic areas.
    • Assess and propose approaches for data analysis and feasibility objectives.
    • Independently perform research using scientific literature and internal metrics to provide background information for RFPs.
  2. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Business Units, Medical Directors, Business Analysts) to review sponsor requirements, protocols, and timelines.
    • Actively participate in bid defense meetings and teleconferences.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Conduct feasibility analysis and present findings in written reports and presentations.
    • Help develop metrics to measure the impact of feasibility assessments and recruitment support.
  4. System and Process Support:

    • Support the development of feasibility analysis systems and maintain historical data for current RFPs and RFIs.
    • Participate in evaluating new informatics technologies, such as clinical trial registry tools and enrollment modeling tools.
  5. Mentorship:

    • Offer limited mentoring to team members during study programs or development periods.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    • BS/BA in Science (emphasis on medical research or a related field).
  • Experience:

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a virtual and team environment.
    • Experience with feasibility analysis, clinical research data, and understanding complex scientific data and methodologies.
  • Skills:

    • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to handle complex data analysis.
  • Mentorship and Training:

    • Capable of mentoring and providing guidance to team members.

    The annual base salary for this position ranges from USD $72,540 to $145,000, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
