Position Summary:

Jubilant Pharmova is seeking an experienced Executive for the Quality Control (QC) team at our Nanjangud, Mysore facility. The role involves performing high-quality analytical testing, handling laboratory processes, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct HPLC analysis with at least one year of hands-on experience.
  • Operate empower application software for analysis.
  • Manage LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) operations efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to ALCOA++ document practices in all testing.
  • Follow the procedures for lab incidents, deviations, and OOS (Out of Specification) management.
  • Maintain adherence to testing SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Follow all SOPs, policies, and data integrity guidelines at all times.
  • Record testing results and log books in accordance with relevant SOPs.
  • Complete required training within the scheduled timelines.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in designing and qualifying LIMS systems.

Person Profile:

Education Qualifications:

  • Degree in Science or Post Graduate in Science (Chemistry), Bachelor of Pharmacy, Master in Pharmacy, or Doctorate in relevant fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in Quality Control, specifically in handling HPLC, LIMS, and other laboratory testing procedures.

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

  • Knowledge of LIMS operations and HPLC analysis is essential.
  • Strong understanding of document practices such as ALCOA++.
  • Familiarity with lab incident, deviation, and OOS management.
  • Training in cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) is preferred.
