Role Overview

We are hiring for an Entry-Level TMF Administrator to join our growing clinical research team. The Trial Master File (TMF) plays a vital role in clinical trials, ensuring that all necessary documentation is organized and compliant with regulatory standards, including those set by the FDA. This position provides an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow in clinical research, where you’ll manage trial documents and work closely with a highly experienced team.


Key Responsibilities

  • TMF Oversight: Support the Trial Master File (TMF) by ensuring that documents meet established quality standards.
  • Document Management: Manage an electronic filing system for trial documentation, ensuring all documents are tracked, maintained, and quality-checked.
  • Communication: Work with internal teams globally to address any issues or errors in trial documents.
  • Shipping & Preparation: Prepare documents for shipment as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Some experience in document administration is preferred, but not required.
  • Skills:
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with MS Office.
