Job Overview

The PV Associate role is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates with a background in life sciences or healthcare. This entry-level position allows you to start and grow your career in pharmacovigilance. The PV Associate will support the team in processing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) and other pharmacovigilance activities for PrimeVigilance’s clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Case Processing:

    • Process ICSRs from post-marketing and clinical trials in compliance with regulations, PrimeVigilance procedures, and client requirements.

    • Focus on triage, data entry, quality review, and submissions workflow steps.

    • Support reconciliation activities for all types of received reports.

  • Team Support:

    • Work under the supervision and mentorship of experienced colleagues.

    • Learn and contribute to improving patient safety.


Qualifications

  • Educational Background:

    • A degree in Life Sciences or a related healthcare field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Veterinary Science).

    • No prior experience required.

  • Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Advanced English skills (at least B2 level, both written and verbal).
