Job Overview

Lambda Therapeutic Research is hiring a Deputy Manager for its Process Sciences division in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will play a key role in monoclonal antibody (mAb) downstream process development, purification technology optimization, viral clearance studies, process scale-up, and GMP manufacturing support.

The role involves leading purification process development activities for biologics manufacturing, utilizing statistical and automation tools, managing purification technologies, and supporting IND-enabling studies for clinical-grade drug substance manufacturing.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced biologics and bioprocess professionals with strong expertise in mAb purification, downstream processing, and GMP biologics manufacturing.


Experience Required

Experience Level

  • Mid-Level to Senior-Level Bioprocess Professional
  • Freshers are not eligible

Required Experience

  • Minimum 6–10 years of experience in:
    • mAb downstream process development
    • Monoclonal antibody purification
    • Biologics manufacturing
    • Process Sciences
    • GMP biologics operations

Preferred Experience

  • Experience leading teams in:
    • Biopharma organizations
    • Biotechnology companies
    • CRO/CDMO environments
    • mAb downstream unit operations

Educational Qualification

Required Qualification

Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:

  • BE in:
    • Biochemical Engineering
