Job Overview

The Data Coordinator II role is part of the Data Reconciliation Center (DRC) team, focusing on clinical data validation, reconciliation, and database management. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in clinical trial data environments. The role contributes directly to ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance in clinical research processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform complex data revisions within clinical systems such as Zavacor, ensuring adherence to defined data correction workflows

  • Review incoming data change requests and execute accurate updates with self-quality checks

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve database discrepancies and project-level data issues

  • Escalate critical data concerns to management or cross-functional teams when required

  • Participate in ongoing training programs, system updates, and process improvement initiatives

  • Attend mandatory team meetings and corporate training sessions

  • Support quality control activities and mentor junior team members or new hires when required

  • Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, Work Instructions, and regulatory standards

  • Handle repetitive, high-volume data tasks with sustained focus and accuracy


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in clinical data management, data reconciliation, or regulated clinical trial environments

  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline


Additional Skills and Requirements

  • Background or exposure to laboratory processes or medical lab technology is advantageous

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset

  • Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams

  • Comfortable working under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and extend working hours if required

  • Role involves prolonged screen time and handling large volumes of clinical data

  • Requires high concentration and consistency in repetitive data processing tasks

  • Collaborative environment with interaction across multiple clinical and data teams
