Role Overview

The Cross Reference Coordinator (CRR Coordinator) is responsible for:

  • Managing and analyzing cross-reference data

  • Conducting healthcare product research

  • Supporting competitive analysis

  • Ensuring accurate data mapping and validation

  • Collaborating with global teams for high-quality deliverables

The role involves extensive data analysis, healthcare market research, and coordination across internal systems and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Cross-Reference Data Management

  • Coordinate and manage cross-reference data

  • Conduct preliminary analysis and manual mapping of unmatched items

  • Ensure accurate final uploads into internal systems

Data Validation & Accuracy

  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and availability of cross-reference information

  • Validate and cleanse data using SAP

Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct:

    • Primary market research

    • Secondary market research

  • Compile and structure competitive intelligence data

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with Supervisors and Leads across:

    • Pune office

    • US office

  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams

Productivity & Quality Management

  • Meet defined productivity targets and quality benchmarks

  • Ensure high-quality deliverables to stakeholders and customers

Team Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships within the team

  • Contribute to a collaborative work environment


Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in:

  • B.Pharm

  • M.Pharm

  • Biotechnology

  • Life Sciences

  • Related science disciplines


Required Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in:

    • Product-based research

    • Competitive analysis

    • Healthcare-related domains

  • 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Daylight Saving)
