Role Overview
The Cross Reference Coordinator (CRR Coordinator) is responsible for:
Managing and analyzing cross-reference data
Conducting healthcare product research
Supporting competitive analysis
Ensuring accurate data mapping and validation
Collaborating with global teams for high-quality deliverables
The role involves extensive data analysis, healthcare market research, and coordination across internal systems and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Reference Data Management
Coordinate and manage cross-reference data
Conduct preliminary analysis and manual mapping of unmatched items
Ensure accurate final uploads into internal systems
Data Validation & Accuracy
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and availability of cross-reference information
Validate and cleanse data using SAP
Research & Competitive Intelligence
Conduct:
Primary market research
Secondary market research
Compile and structure competitive intelligence data
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with Supervisors and Leads across:
