Job Role: Coordinator Support II

The Coordinator Support II will be responsible for supporting clinical and operational activities, maintaining project documentation, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring quality compliance across assigned tasks. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, documentation management abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.

  • Complete assigned training programs within required timelines.

  • Handle day-to-day operational and administrative activities efficiently.

  • Maintain project-related and technical documentation accurately.

  • Provide administrative and technical support to internal teams and departments.

  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Escalate issues and support timely resolution of operational challenges.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth workflow execution.

  • Support clinical trial and pharmaceutical documentation processes.

  • Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management.


Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences preferred.

  • Candidates from Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Clinical Research, Nursing, or related healthcare backgrounds may apply.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in:

    • Clinical Research

    • Pharmaceutical Industry

    • Medical Industry

    • Clinical Trial Process

    • Healthcare Operations

    • Drug Development Support

Freshers are not eligible for this role.
