Your Role:

As a Contract Manager, you will independently manage and lead the outsourcing and contracting of R&D tasks throughout the lifecycle of clinical development programs. You will guide clinical trial teams in contracting and pricing activities that directly impact costs and the speed of clinical development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage outsourcing and contracting for clinical trials from initiation to closure.
  • Guide clinical teams on all contracting and pricing activities.
  • Develop strategies to optimize costs and accelerate the development process.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to meet program objectives and timelines.

Who You Are:

  • Educational Background: A university degree in a scientific, medical, or business discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Over 6 years in clinical drug development within the pharmaceutical industry or CRO, with a focus on outsourcing and clinical pricing.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in clinical research, outsourcing, and service procurement, with exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivating with excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
