Position Overview:

Labcorp Drug Development is seeking a CMO Change Management Lead/CMO Change Manager to lead the change strategy for new technology deployment, including digital Client Experience (dCX) and Customer Experience (CX) transformation. This role partners with executive leadership and various functions to manage business impacts and prioritize change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Management Strategy & Execution:
    • Lead change management programs for CMO’s dCX and CX transformation.
    • Develop and implement structured change methodologies and processes.
    • Define and execute change strategies to drive business transformation.
    • Evaluate change impact and organizational readiness to mitigate risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
    • Facilitate leadership alignment workshops to clarify transformation vision and governance.
    • Create communication and stakeholder engagement plans for smooth implementation.
    • Develop change-related communication materials (newsletters, roadshow artifacts, etc.).
  • Training & Adoption:
    • Prepare and manage training strategies and plans (delivery methods, tools, scheduling).
    • Establish and oversee a change agent network to support adoption.
    • Define success metrics and measure performance against change initiatives.
  • Project & Program Management:
    • Manage and support cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Align business transformation efforts with IT, HR, Finance, and legal functions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
    • MBA or equivalent advanced education.
  • Experience & Skills:
    • 8+ years of relevant experience in organizational change management.
    • Experience in leading large-scale, complex transformations.
    • Expertise in stakeholder management and strategic consulting.
    • Strong facilitation skills for senior leadership alignment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
    • Experience with impact assessments, training, and communication strategies.
    • Ability to work in multi-cultural and multi-time zone environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Change Management (PROSCI, APMG, etc.).
  • Experience in Agile methodology.
