Clinical Trial Psych Rater – Punjabi Speaking

Position Overview
IQVIA is seeking a Punjabi-speaking Clinical Specialist to support clinical trial quality by reviewing psychiatric assessment scales conducted by site raters. This role ensures consistent, accurate, and standardized administration of clinical assessments to maintain high-quality data across global studies. The position is remote and requires approximately 10–16 hours per month.
Key Responsibilities
• Review rating scales and structured assessments conducted by trial raters to ensure accuracy, standardization, and protocol compliance.
• Conduct live interactions with raters to discuss scoring accuracy, assessment techniques, and methodological improvements.
• Perform functional assessments of rater performance, including mock interviews to evaluate competency.
• Support the preparation and distribution of study-related communication materials.
• Review case data and prepare detailed feedback for rater discussions.
• Complete assigned rater interactions and deliverables on schedule.
• Submit all required documentation in a timely and compliant manner.
• Participate in mandatory orientation, training, and calibration sessions for quality alignment.
Qualifications and Experience Required
• Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or an equivalent field.
• Advanced qualifications such as MD, DO, or PhD preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, structured interviews, and rating scales.
• Required experience with EQ-5D-5L (Interviewer and Proxy 1) and mRS scales.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting clinical assessments in research trials (excluding graduate research).
• Prior exposure to CNS clinical trials preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across clinical teams.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English and native-level Punjabi required for the role.
Experience Level
• 3–7 years of relevant clinical and assessment experience in psychiatric or CNS-related domains.
