About the Role

As a Clinical Data Services Associate Manager, you will play a leadership role in managing clinical data programming and management operations as part of Accenture’s Life Sciences R&D vertical. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing clinical database programming activities, ensuring data integrity, quality, and compliance throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.

You’ll be expected to lead teams, provide technical and strategic guidance, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality data solutions using tools like SAS, J-Review, Elluminate, and Cognos.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage clinical database programming and data management tasks

  • Develop and review:

    • Complex edit checks

    • Patient profile listings and reports

    • Preprocessing checks

    • Mapped datasets for validation

  • Use clinical data tools and technologies such as:

    • SAS, Cognos, J-Review, Elluminate, or other applicable systems

  • Review CRF Completion Guidelines (CCG) and SAE Reconciliation Guidelines

  • Perform and oversee:

    • Edit check validation (test case creation and UAT execution)

    • Protocol deviation identification

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of clinical data management projects


Required Qualifications

  • Education:

    • BE / B.Tech

    • B.Sc in a relevant field

  • Experience:

    • 10 to 14 years in clinical data services or clinical database programming

  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities

  • Experience with clinical data systems such as:
